Can you explain further?
This course is divided into two parts. The first 5 modules are a deep dive into ALL things lifestyle medicine. In part two (modules 6-8), we will go into much more detail on your gut, metabolism and hormones – building on what you’ve already learned during the first part of this course. You can listen to the modules as slow or fast as you'd like. However, in order to avoid overwhelm, give yourself the opportunity to review and implement all that you’ll be learning through the first 5 modules before moving onto the second part of the course. Please remember that just listening to me is not going to be enough – the most important part is taking action on what you’re learning. Also, hearing the concepts only once may not be enough. You’ll see that the second time around you’ll hear me differently. As you change, your understanding of the concepts and more importantly of your body also deepens.
