Hi, I'm Dr. Mahboubeh!

I’m a licensed Naturopathic doctor (ND) and board certified in Biofeedback (BCB). Before going to medical school, I studied bioengineering and conducted research and worked in that field.
What that taught me was the ability to solve problems systematically and at a root cause level, and I've applied that skill in my work with patients. Over the years, I’ve worked with patients with a variety of health challenges, such as: hormonal imbalances, gut issues, autoimmune disorders, cancers, depression, anxiety and more, and what I’ve continually observed is that your body (and mind) can heal – deeply heal. You just have to create the best environment for it to be able to do that.

Do I need to have a big budget to buy a ton of supplements and biohacking tools to see improvements?

Nope! achieving and maintaining health is not dependent on the number of supplements or high tech tools you have access to! Throughout the course VERY few supplements are recommended. And, they are the ones that could give the most people the most bang for their buck. True healing goes way deeper than just overburdening your liver with a ton of supplements, and that’s what we’ll explore together!

How long will it take me to go through the course?

Can you explain further?

This course is divided into two parts. The first 5 modules are a deep dive into ALL things lifestyle medicine. In part two (modules 6-8), we will go into much more detail on your gut, metabolism and hormones – building on what you’ve already learned during the first part of this course. You can listen to the modules as slow or fast as you'd like. However, in order to avoid overwhelm, give yourself the opportunity to review and implement all that you’ll be learning through the first 5 modules before moving onto the second part of the course. Please remember that just listening to me is not going to be enough – the most important part is taking action on what you’re learning. Also, hearing the concepts only once may not be enough. You’ll see that the second time around you’ll hear me differently. As you change, your understanding of the concepts and more importantly of your body also deepens.

I’ve designed and written this course with women in mind! However, the main principles shared, inside the course, apply to all of us.
Having said that, there are sections of the course that are more specific to women (for example the hormone module). If you’re a man and interested in taking this course, in addition to benefiting your own health, you'll also be able to more deeply understand and support the women in your life!
