By moving our bodies we come back to them, we remind ourselves and the universe that we are still here. We should move our bodies because we can, because they are designed for movement — complex pattern movements. This is how our brains develop and this is how we can ensure longevity. Lack or absence of movement will lead to our decline. We move because if we don’t, one day we may not be able to. Movement is a very rich and dynamic language, and the desire to want to learn it with all of its intricacies is the process of falling back in love with life.
